Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder privacy policy for the CX Doctor MVP. Replace it with a policy reviewed for your jurisdiction before accepting real customers or payments.

What we collect

CX Doctor asks about how your business runs today — things like how customers book with you, how you communicate with them, and what happens after an appointment. We also collect basic business details (business name, type, size, main acquisition channel) and, if you choose to pay for the full report, payment information processed directly by Stripe (we never see or store your card details).

What we deliberately don't ask for

CX Doctor is designed to assess your business's customer experience, not to process your customers' personal data. Please don't paste customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, medical information, financial details, or any other confidential personal information into the free-text fields of the assessment. If you do, please contact us so we can delete it.

How your answers are used

• Your structured answers are used to calculate a deterministic CX Health Score.
• Your answers and score may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate plain-English explanations and recommendations. See our AI disclosure for details.
• If you pay for the full report, your assessment and payment record are stored so you can revisit your report.

Data retention and deletion

We keep assessment data for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service. Contact us if you would like your data deleted.

Third parties

We use Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic's Claude API for generating report content. Each processes data under their own privacy policies.
