The service

CX Doctor provides a free Customer Experience Health Score and, for a one-off payment, a detailed diagnostic report with recommendations for appointment-based small businesses.

Advisory only

CX Doctor's score and recommendations are advisory and general in nature. They are based solely on the information you provide during the assessment and are not a guarantee of any specific business outcome, including revenue, bookings, or customer retention. You remain responsible for decisions made in your business.

Payment

The full diagnostic report is a one-off payment of £19, processed securely by Stripe. Once your report is unlocked, it remains accessible via your report link.

Acceptable use

Please don't submit customer personal data, unlawful content, or attempt to misuse or disrupt the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CX Doctor means you accept the current terms.
